Noth Korea shoot short range nuclear warhead!!
On 7th of June, North Korean shoot one missile off to Toukai direction. They also shot missile on 25th of last month. They say reason they did it was that only for military training and there is no other reason for it. At first Japanese media announced that North Korean shot the missile forward to Koukai and Toukai direction but actually they did not for Koukai. However North Korean did take an action for fishing boat not to coming into around shooting place on the day they shot missile off at both place Koukai and Toukai direction. So some see it as they could not control those fishing boats well and they had to give up. shooting. North Korea carrys out the military trainings some times for every year so this time might be one of those training.

baby's post has begun!!
The post that holds babies for some parental reason anonymity has started since 10th of May. The post is called KOUNOTORI NO YURIKAGO and is set in JIKEI hospital in Kumamoto. The reason the hospital decided to have the post is that many babies lost their life for mother’s or their parents personal problem these days and the hospital thinks that they can save their lives. The post is opened all through year but if many babies are brought at the same time, the hospital side may stop for a while. It is located back of the hospital and is not found easily. There is little door of outside of bed with room temparture and it beeps when baby is in so the hospital worker can come as soon as baby comes.
Many discussion has been going on about this baby’s post since last year and some said that it parents can’t leave the baby without their name. what those people want to say is that basically none of people is allowed to leave their kid without their names and reasons. So those people think that before leaving babies, institution should have the situation that parents can talk easily.

no class for measles!!
No Class for measles
These days, many universities decided not to have class for measles. Measles is some virus and exists almost all over the world. It has very strong infection power.
Usually kids catch the virus and get immunity after having very badly symptom like high fever, cough or sneezing and so on.
First, Soka university had students who are measles and decided to not have class. Then, Sophia university, Wako university, Meisei university and finally Chuo university and so on decided not to have class. Still , many university are now off term.
It is not only problem for universities but also problem for every single educational institution. The situation might not be able to change for a while.

suicide of the minister of agriculture, forestry and fishes
On 28th of May, Matsuoka minister of agriculture, forestry and fiches was found his dead body hanging by his securitery at his Akasaka quarter. His secrutery called 119 as soon as they found his body. Matsuoka’s heart beating had already stopped at the time emergency services arrived there. So they sent his body to Keio hospital however his death was told at 2 pm of same day.
There was a will in his room so Akasaka police station perceives that he did suicide and asks people around him about his death.
These days he was charged for his political money or some political secret meeting. He was found wearing his pajama and hanging his body at 2 meters of high.

high school student delivered himself with bringing his mother's head
delivered himself to the police for murdering with bringing his mother’s neck. He was only 17 year old and his mother was 47 year old. He said that he had killed his mother so the police searched his house. When police went to see his house, there was his mother’s dead body laying without her head which was cut by him before he came to police. Then Wakayama police finally arrested him for murdering. What he said after arresting was that he hopes every single terrorism or war would not happened. Also he said that it did not matter who he was going to kill.
Wakayama prefecture found out the student did not go to school everyday and his mind often goes out of mind so he did have some medical treatment. Police revealed that he came to police by himself with his mother’s head and said that he killed her midnight of 14th. He seemed very calmly when he was having investigation.
